However, this does not guarantee that I am credentialed with your specific plan. We will need to check with your insurance plan to confirm.

 

If I am not currently credentialed with your insurance, I do offer super bills, which is like a receipt that you can send to your insurance carrier for your own reimbursement. You may have 'out-of-network' benefits that may cover full or part of the session fee. You can check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance carrier the following questions:

 

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been satisfied?

• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
