My Approach
My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems and shaped by my background in art therapy and trauma-focused work. I help clients understand their inner experience with more clarity. IFS guides the way I listen and work, while tools from art therapy, mindfulness, and CBT come in when they support the process.

I aim for therapy that feels grounded, collaborative, and genuinely useful. The kind that helps your inner world make sense and creates real space for healing and lasting change.
My academic foundation was laid at Drexel University, where I earned a Master's Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling. Professionally, I've gained a broad spectrum of experience in a group private practice setting, assisting individuals across various age groups, sexual orientations, gender identities, ethnic backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Additionally, my earlier career involved significant work within the Philadelphia Prison System, providing therapeutic services to both adults and adolescents.
